RECRUITER ROLE

The Recruiter works remotely/from home with the District Manager and individual Store Managers to properly hire and staff our stores in the state of Florida.

The Recruiter must live within the state of Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via Microsoft Teams
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to undergo a background check
• 2+ years of retail management experience
• 2+ years of interview and hiring experience in a retail or food management setting
