HR & Customer Services Advisor

Boutagys Ltd has been operating since 1983 and is a London based vehicle hire company.

Our team currently consists of 55x people accross 3x businesses.

We have an opportunity for a new role of HR & Customer Services Advisor. Given that we are a small business your role will be multi-tasked, you will be dealing with all our HR requirements, such as recruitment, on-boarding new starters, training staff, giving guidance to staff, and career progression opportunities for existing staff, assigning employment contracts, handling maternity/paternity leave, handling the holiday schedule. Your job will also involve helping our in all other areas of the business, such as answering the phone, taking bookings, assisting with vehicle maintenance schedules, and very importantly, taking a customer services role – dealing with complaints, handling customers, etc…

You get 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays).

Hours of work are 9-6 Mon-Fri, with a 1hr lunch break. You will be required to work one in 4 Saturdays.

At present this vacancy will be based at our Putney branch SW15 2SW.

We are offering £28k per year for the right candidate.
