Talent Acquisition Partner

Well you don’t really hear this in recruitment, but we don’t like following rules so we’re going for it!

You can work from anywhere but you’ll have access to other humans – think WeWork, free cookies, beer and board games. We are looking for TAs to cover tech & ‘non-tech for tech’ (Customer Success, Account Executives etc) and bonus points for hybrid experience.

The role itself

Embedded within a client account, representing the client brand as an ‘in-house’ recruiter…

Managing pipeline, scheduling interviews, and candidate negotiations (the recruiter bit)

Internal stakeholder management, you’ll be working with talent leaders through to CXOs of rapid growth tech companies

LinkedIn searching with all of the extra tools that come with being a bubbler

Working alongside bubb’s creative team and account managers to optimize candidate attraction strategies

Having fun hiring humans for awesome clients!

About you

We’re looking for all levels of Talent Partner, from Sourcer (1-2 years experience) through to Senior Recruiter (4+ years)

You will have recruited within the technology space ideally within a rapid scale up environment

You will be a fan of using technology, otherwise our digital gizmos will become a drag

You’ll have experience of working with internal hiring managers and know how to get things done

You’ll love rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever needs to be done to get the job done
