Btween Hiring for VP Of Merchandising and Sales- Girls Outerwear at New York, New York Full Time

The VP of Merchandising and Sales will lead the outerwear division for a girls apparel company. The candidate will proactively work on the creation of product assortments and strategy and lead the sales area to maximize sales and profitability for a girls outerwear division with the Juicy Couture License.

• In partnership with Design, candidate will create a line architecture that both supports market needs and financial goals
• Curate the assortment to successfully execute at retail
• Analyze category performance and drive category strategies to maximize growth
• Create the line architecture inclusive of SKU counts, SKU productivity, differentiation and Merchandising Plans
• Drive strategy on high margin, high value proposition key items across category.
• Visit competition to stay abreast of market trends and apply learnings to current and future assortments
• Prepare both financial and product roll-ups to president and VP of Production
• Execute strategies between all tiers of distribution which would include Off Price, Mass, Department Store and Clubs.
• Manages and drives the expansion of the company’s new growth
• Develop the talent capabilities of team professionals.
