btween is looking to hire a Technical Designer! Should have 3-5 years experience in tech design. Candidate should have a vast knowledge of girls product.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Expertise in understanding of fit, construction, measuring and evaluating samples, materials, workmanship, function, and production feasibility.
• Responsible for clearly and effectively communicating expectations to factories, and agents.
• Drive for continual improvement and innovation.
• Help to build audit mechanisms to consistently monitor and check fit, both pre- and post-production.
• Articulate brand standards to factories.
• Benchmark our fit and quality standards against other key competitors to ensure best in class fit and construction.
• Track and manage workflow to ensure on-time development and production.
• Manage and/or develop master grading and tolerance table.
• Manage fit approval process and Follow up with all the factories for PP and TOP samples.
• Ensure consistent fit, construction and quality standards.
• Fit, style, and construction expert, understands the brand and product.
• Tacks & manage all fit samples/packages.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience with girls apparel in all categories.
• Exceptional written, oral and face-to-face communication skills.
• Detail orientation with outstanding follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks and work independently of supervision.
• Fast acting and capable of adapting quickly to change.
• Proficient use of, MS Office, Word, Illustrator and Excel.
• Patternmaking.
• 3-5 years experience in product development/ technical design.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
• Strong understanding of fitting.
