BTODcom Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Weston, WI Full Time

BTOD.com is an online retailer of office furniture. We are looking for an energetic customer service representative that enjoys helping customers. We always strive to make sure that our customers are happy by providing a positive shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

• Daily interaction with customers and plays a pivotal role in maintaining a positive customer relationship through customer inquiries.
• Responds to customer requests for product information, product availability, pricing, order status, track shipments, billing questions, return goods (RA’s), etc.
• Process replacement orders through vendors for damaged shipment claims.

Minimum Requirements for Job:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Proficient data entry skills- Must be able to communicate effectively over the telephone

Education and Certifications Required:

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required
• No Licenses or Certifications Requested

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
