Due to planned rapid expansion, a newly created Head of People & Culture position exists for an experienced HR P&C professional to join this winning team. Boasting a people-centric culture, they pride themselves on being a small team achieving great success.
About the Role
The Head of People & Culture forms part of the executive leadership team across ANZ and plays a pivotal role in nurturing the business and its people through a time of rapid expansion and growth. You will implement process and structure in an enhanced capacity across ANZ, whilst ensuring the internal culture and ethos remain at the forefront of all business decisions. Your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
About You
You are a degree-educated, proven HR professional who wants to be part of a fast-moving, FinTech growth journey. The Head of People & Culture is a consummate people person who thrives on working in both a strategic and operational, hands-on fashion. You have a thirst for delivering HR, P&C solutions in a changing environment. Fintech, Financial, and or Professional Services experience highly regarded.
