What will the role involve as our Talent Acquisition Sourcer?
The talent acquisition team manages all professional recruitment activity for BT in the UK, across a huge variety of roles including digital, marketing, technology, cyber security, HR, strategy and finance. You will be hiring the best talent to help the business grow and fulfil its purpose to connect for good. You will have a huge impact on who we hire; taking end to end ownership of the recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, attraction, assessment and selection.
Engaging sourced candidates from a variety of different platforms to our Enterprise division
Understanding the market and make suggestions on how we can be better placed to secure talent
You will understand your specialism and know what talent looks like in your field
Accountable for ensuring we bring diverse talent into BT Enterprise
What are we looking for in our Talent Acquisition Sourcer? You may have a variety of the below?
You will be the kind of person who just has to know how something works. You’ll have a growth mindset, be curious, and love to learn – always taking ownership for developing your personal skill set.
Experience from either agency, in-house or external RPO environment.
Skilled with a strong range of sourcing techniques and tools from social media platforms, communities, job boards and existing candidate pools etc.
Experience in understanding clients resourcing briefs
