What will the role involve as our Talent Acquisition Lead?

The Global Services recruitment team are responsible for hundreds and thousands of candidates You will be hiring the best talent to help the business grow and fulfil its purpose to connect for good. You will have a huge impact on who we hire; taking end to end ownership of the recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, attraction, assessment and selection.

• Subject matter expert for a particular vertical/niche. You will develop a deep knowledge of the market, analysing competitor insights/industry trends, and take the lead on advising your customers on hiring decisions, feasibility of hiring plans (including volume, skills, and location) – a trusted advisor
• Develop sourcing and attraction plans to fill both current vacancies and pipeline for future areas of growth and/or attrition
• Provision of talent insight and hiring data to HR community for aligned business unit/locations; including core recruitment metrics/diversity data, competitor insights, industry/hiring trends, and recommendations on how we shape our proposition based on the insights shared
• Mentoring Talent Acquisition Professionals, to ensure appropriate strategies are in place, to deliver a best in class service and meet current/future hiring demands
• You will look internally and externally to identify continuous improvement activities which will support us to improve how we engage, select, and onboard the best talent, and elevate customer experience

What are we looking for in our Talent Acquisition Lead? You may have a variety of the below?

• You will be the kind of person who just has to know how something works. You’ll have a growth mindset, be curious, and love to learn – always taking ownership for developing your personal skill set.
• You’ll have gained experience from either an in-house or external RPO environments within a large, complex and global organisation. It would ideal if you had exposure to working on role with a security checking or deep vetting requirement. Cyber Security experience would be ideal too.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, gained within a matrix management environment or similar complex global structure.
• Shaping and delivering end to end resourcing projects/campaigns.
• Sound knowledge of diversity and inclusion and how to affect this at scale from an attraction and hiring perspective.
• Skilled with a strong range of sourcing techniques and tools from social media platforms, communities, job boards and existing candidate pools etc.
