What will the role involve as our Recruitment Business Partner?
The talent acquisition team manages all professional recruitment activity for BT in the UK, across a huge variety of roles including digital, marketing, technology, cyber security, HR, strategy and finance. You will be hiring the best talent to help the business grow and fulfil its purpose to connect for good. You will have a huge impact on who we hire; taking end to end ownership of the recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, attraction, assessment and selection.
Accountable for managing the relationship with HR team and key stakeholders
Work tirelessly to understand the future needs of the segments you support and plan resourcing strategies accordingly
Source the markets in your specialism to understand what talent is on the market and work closely with the talent scouts to align where we need to have a bigger presence in the market
Accountable for understanding the business and what it needs
Accountable for providing insight to the HR and SMT teams on key KPIs
Work with the Resourcing Team, CFU’s and hiring communities to establish future demand plans and produce delivery plans in line with requirements. Consult, challenge and advise on appropriate action to deliver hiring requirements in your respective areas.
Provide recruitment expertise and market knowledge to HR, Reward, Talent and other CoE’s to enable rounded strategy discussions

Experience from either an in-house or external RPO environment.
Experience in understanding clients resourcing plans and partner to ensure an effective plan is in place to deliver the MTP
Market mapping, using data and insight to provide guidance.
Shaping and delivering end to end resourcing projects/campaigns.
Skilled with a strong range of sourcing techniques and tools from social media platforms, communities, job boards and existing candidate pools etc.
