About This Role

Products play a pivotal role and account for c60% of CPS EBITDA. It is therefore fundamental to underpinning our growth and forecast ambitions with a need to make sure we provide first class insight, challenge the status quo and add value to the business.
The role itself works closely with Product Finance, Commercial and the Financial Controller to ensure we accurately forecast and report numbers on a monthly basis, along with detailed analysis in order to understand key moving parts. We expect to see continued migrations away from our Legacy Product base as customers opt for future Portfolio offerings.
A key part of the role also looks at commercial value add, and involves business partnering Sales and commercial to ensure we are maximising opportunities that drive P&L growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading on specific elements of the CPS month end product process and presenting latest financial performance, providing clear insight on both the looking back and go forward position
  • Providing key insight to the business on Product trends, with an ability to articulate variances to forecast and prior year to key stakeholders
  • Supporting to deliver business cases, making clear recommendations that will deliver value into the P&L
  • Building key product financial forecasts (Outlooks and Medium Term Plans) on a rolling basis, working with & aligning key stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Business partnering Regional FDs/FCs, product finance and Commercial team
