About this role
You will own projects within the overall plan and work in collaboration with HR Business Partners, HR Practice resource, HR Services, Group COE teams (including Property and The Better Work Place central team), and operational leaders to deliver a truly transformational plan that will enable BT Enterprise to realise its full business potential through a specific programme focusing on developing the colocation and working environment of current and future BT Enterprise employees.
You will work with the BT Enterprise Better Workplace Transformation lead to design, plan, develop and deliver the transformation within our Customer Facing Unit.
You’ll have the following responsibilities
You will be accountable for refining and implementing BT Enterprise’s future location strategy and working environment aligned to our BT Enterprise wide people plan and priorities. Providing status updates and relevant governance on your projects
You will drive the full usage of our newly defined delivery model for the BT Enterprise location strategy and ensuring all stage-gates are fulfilled
Management of project issues and risks including critical gaps suggesting mitigates and solutions
Drives a colleague-centric culture across the team, owning issues to resolution and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance the colleague experience.
Analyses, manipulates and synthesis data to form compelling insights and a case for change
Accountable for stewarding, leading and partnering with the business, ensuring all business activities are carried out in a manner which is in accordance with local legislative requirements, within the spirit of these requirements and enhance and protect BT for now and the future.
You’ll have the following skills & experience
Excels at managing multiple stakeholders at all levels across functions. Builds very strong relationships and able to manage conflict.
Thinks and acts commercially: Strong analytical skills. Strong commercial awareness to evaluate commercial or financial risk, people implications and take action to mitigate where appropriate.
Can take a project brief and work out what needs to happen practically to deliver the work. Manages work to deadline and to set budgets, mitigating risks along the way.
Handles complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence; taking personal ownership for problems in the absence of clear direction.
Track record of making change happen: catalyst for change with track record in HR Business Partnering, leadership, people transformation and cultural change.
