BSW Engineering is a leading Engineering company offering innovative specialist
services to the Mining industry right in the heart of Perth.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a special individual to join our finance team
and be part of something enviable and grow with us.

The Role
The role on offer is for a full-time (40 hours per week) permanent position, based in our
Office in Perth WA.
The candidate will be mentored and trained in all areas of the business with one-on-one
hand-on training. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right person to come in at the ground floor and grow with the business as it enters new and exciting markets.

Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Processing Accounts Payable, Receivable Invoices, access operating costs and company’s income and expenditure
• Preparing financial statements including auditing and tax compliance.
• Communicating with personnel and clients from different sectors and levels to deal with financial transactions
• Assisting Senior accountant in preparing and maintaining accounting systems Processing Payroll and Bank transactions
• Maintaining internal control system and end of month duties including reconciliations
• Ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting)
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts
• MYOB experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• “Can do” positive attitude
