BSS Hiring for HR Change Manager at Leicester Full Time

We have an exciting brand new opportunity to join the HR family at BSS as a Change Manager supporting a significant technology programme – you will lead and direct all the people change-related activity for the programme within BSS

What youll do

As the Change Lead you will play a critical role in the programme supporting the successful transformation of the business to the desired outcomes. You will also provide the practical change management support and tools to guide the business, programme and full BSS team through the change. Making sure our colleagues are engaged in the change every step of the way.

Some accountabilities of the role

• Define the change strategy and gain programme wide agreement ensuring that senior stakeholders are engaged to support.
• Lead and direct all change related activity on the programme, including designing and delivering full change management tools / techniques for the programme duration.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership and deployment committees.
• Lead the design and completion of all change impact assessment activities for the programme.

Is this you?

You will have business transformation experience focused on people workstreams, this doesnt have to be in a change role but could be a background of large scale change projects undertaken as an HRBP. You will understand all stages of change methodology and will have a great eye for practical solutions that you know our colleagues will love while delivering at pace.

You will be naturally curious and have a desire to get to know the business to make sure your ideas and solutions compliment the way we do things.

With no two days the same you will have an ability to be agile in your approach and move quickly through a variety of actions each day.

Stand out communication skills to articulate your vision and approach to change whilst building strength in critical stakeholder relationships will be some of the key to your success
