Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in generating leads and driving enrollments through the optimization of owned media channels.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimizing our owned media channels (website, landing pages, social media, email), to enhance user experience, engage our target audience, and drive measurable results.
This role requires expertise in website management, A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, UX / Design, SEO, Google Analytics (G4), social media management, content strategy, and lead generation.
You’ll collaborate with our agency partners and internal marketing colleagues, specifically the Marketing CRM Communications Specialist and Marketing Coordinator, to bolster your efforts.
In this role, you will assist the Systems Marketing Director in developing, refining, and executing strategies that maximize performance of our owned media assets, drive user engagement, and contribute to the growth of the college.
Your creative and technical skills will help us engage our target audience effectively while ensuring a seamless and user-friendly digital experience across all B&SC owned media channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist with the planning, design, and development of the college’s website, ensuring it aligns with our branding and strategic goals.
Create and manage a testing roadmap and prioritizes areas for improvement on the website / landing pages based on insights from available data and user feedback.
Troubleshoot website technical issues and liaise with IT support as needed. Identify and track relevant social media metrics, track the success of campaigns, and provide regular s and insights to improve performance.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and update content on our website and landing pages, ensuring compliance, accessibility, accuracy and relevance.
Include impactful calls-to-action (CTAs) and lead capture forms to maximize conversions. Collaborate with agency partners and B&SC institutional research team to iterate and optimize website / landing page elements for improved conversion rates, user engagement, and downstream enrollments.
Partner with internal and external partners to create engaging content that resonates with potential students across our owned channels.
Ensure that all social media content aligns with the college’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice. Partner with marketing coordinator to plan and execute visually appealing social media campaigns to promote college events, programs, and achievements with a focus on lead generation and community engagement.
Collaborate with SEO agency to apply best practices in SEO principles and techniques on our website to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
This includes conducting keyword research, implementing on-page optimization, building quality backlinks, and ultimately driving an increase in leads and enrollments from organic traffic.
Demonstrate expertise in managing and growing social media channels, including understanding different social media platforms, creating engaging content, analyzing metrics, and implementing social media strategies.

Starting Salary Range : $75,000 $100,000 per year.
Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. The selected candidates actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Bryant & Stratton College, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
