Role Summary:
The growth of our organization has created the demand for an internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to work closely with our teams to identify potential talent. We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual with a passion for recruiting and sourcing within a high-volume, national recruiting model. This is a pivotal role in helping us achieve our growth plan.
What does that ideal and unique individual look like?
Establishes and maintains methods of attracting applicants; builds strong networks of industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Manages an end-to-end recruitment process: reviews applicants, conducts prescreening interviews, assists in performing background checks; assists in offer packages, processes new hires, conducts new hire follow ups and exit interviews.
Advises and trains managers concerning employment laws and company employment policies, ensuring all hiring practices are EEO and AA compliance.
Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation; analyzes processes and prepares reports on recruiting activities.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Associates degree/certificate in HR required
1 to 3 years of recruiting experience required
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
Effective communication skills
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
Preferred experience with Day Force ATS/Ceridian Experience or similar requisition-based systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skilled in database management and record keeping
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
Excellent organizational skills
