The E-Learning Specialist is responsible for assisting the Talent Development team in incorporating digital learning experiences into our existing range of training programs. This position will collaborate in designing, developing, and implementing e-content, including interactive e-learning modules, short video modules, interactive virtual learning experiences and micro-learning experiences to enhance face-to-face and virtual learning programs. An understanding of adult learning theory is required to contribute to training development, effectiveness, and delivery methods. This means having project management skills as the E-Learning specialist will serve as project planner and project lead for all assigned projects.

You will have experience in E-Learning Development including creating and revising e-content, using authoring tools such as Articulate and Rise, create projects plans, develop interactive modules, instructional videos, and digital training materials, partner with stakeholders and SMEs to develop storyboards and scripts, and even record audio.

Your Multimedia Development experience will include multimedia products such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Rise, Audacity, etc.; creating and editing digital imagery including videos that incorporate graphics and effects; and using audio editing software.

Your Graphic Design experience including creating images and animations that identify a concept or convey a message and developing graphics for classroom-based training, online training, and virtual learning.

We Need You to Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Resources, Management, Journalism, Communication or Business; will consider equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, E-Learning authoring software (such as Articulate, Adobe, etc.), Video editing software (such as Adobe Premier) and sound editing software (such as Adobe Audition)
• Minimum five years’ experience in training, adult education, and/or digital learning content development in a professional environment
• Must have portfolio of work or ability to create a sample project as directed
