Gaining the best talent there is to find in the market will always be a key focus for a business developing their offerings out further, and few businesses in the Financial Services market can offer quite as exciting an opportunity as with our client, an Independent Lloyd’s Broker based in the heart of the City. This organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the firm and create new sourcing strategies to identify a wide range of diverse candidates, both passive and active.
In this role, you will be managing a variety of Talent activities alongside the HR BP Team, supporting on the maintenance of accurate job specifications, needs analysis, and innovative sourcing strategies. A hybrid role best suited for a self-motivated individual who can identify potential improvements in the business as they work through other projects, this position will offer scope to make the role your own as you support the business to develop a pipeline of the best qualified candidates based on your own thorough expertise in sourcing.
Some of the key points for this position include:
Ensuring candidates are having a smooth experience within the hiring process, and that Hiring Managers are similarly well-catered for by the TA Team
Checking in with recently onboarded hires and their line managers as they begin their career within the firm, de-briefing with hiring managers to understand how they’re fitting in
Understanding ongoing opportunities for recruiting and hiring within the business and adjusting strategies accordingly
Establishing a diverse network of qualified applicants for a variety of positions within the firm
The right person for this role must be a well-established Talent Acquisition professional, and ideally will be able to manage large requisition loads. Their ability to manage an ATS will be top-notch, and they will be a thoroughly engaged member of the Talent Acquisition team, able to engage and nurture other stakeholders within the firm to achieve their goals.
