We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional with a wealth of experience to join our client, one of the UK’s leading Investment Managers. This position will serve as an invigorating role for the right candidate, someone who is able to drive change across candidate attraction for the firm – and doing so in a way that contributes to the organisation’s D&I initiatives.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the firm’s Talent Acquisition strategy, supporting the redesign of the organisation’s selection processes. Supporting recruitment from cradle to grave, you will be in charge of building upon the firm’s strong reputation and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is maintained throughout all the recruitment processes.
Some responsibilities you will have in this position include, but are not limited to:
Conducting sourcing activities, particularly focusing on direct hiring
Implementing policy for talent benchmarking, assessment, and interviewing
Leading on Early Careers recruitment for the organisation
Processing hiring paperwork for new employees while ensuring effective background checks are in effect
The right candidate must:
Demonstrate proven experience within a previous Talent Acquisition role
Be a professional and communicative colleague, able to coach others on good practice in recruitment
Have a strong understanding of full cycle recruitment, and an understanding of how D&I strategies intersect with the recruitment process
Be familiar with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday
Ideally have background in the Financial Services, with a Professional Services background as a minimum requirement otherwise
