We are seeking a talented Project Administrator to join our client, a prominent Asset Management firm, to work with them on an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract and support on delivering a variety of projects for their HR processes. From working on new processes within SMCR, through to supporting on people and risk reporting, this role will suit someone ready to plug-and-play into a position that will guarantee they will be something interesting every day.
The HR Business Partners within the firm will be working on a variety of HR projects, and your role in this position will be to support them as they do so by generating reports on various HR activities, such as reporting from the firm’s MI dashboards. Your support as the Project Administrator will come at an important time as well, as you’ll be able to track and co-ordinate on behalf of the BP and Project Managers in order to aid in developing more robust processes with regards to regulations.
Some day-to-day responsibilities:
Coordinating with the Project Manager to develop annual fitness & propriety processes
Utilising an understanding of regulatory changes in order to ensure the firm’s continued regulatory compliance
Working alongside the Business Partners on ad-hoc HR-related projects
The right person for this role should undertand how to navigate Excel, such as in doing VLookups and Pivot Tables – there isn’t an explicit need for any HRIS knowledge otherwise. They must also have excellent organisational and time management skills, and can demonstrate to the team their ability to handle multiple ongoing processes concurrently without breaking a sweat. The right person for this role will be able to jump into the position and understand how to operate as proactively as possible to support the BPs and Project Manager.
