Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board Hiring for Administrative Services at Canada Full Time

Responsibilities may include:
Administrative support and calendar management for various departments and managers

Prepare and print meeting materials, collate information for school newsletters and publications, and file documents

Monitor and update attendance records for students, coding daily and planned absences such as athletic, co-curricular teams, and class excursions

Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual programs and events

Book and schedule buses as needed for school trips or co-curricular activities

Provide exceptional customer service at Reception by maintaining a welcoming environment for the community, answering the main phone line, directing calls and assisting visitors

Provide back-up to other administrative functions at the school
