Candidates with verifiable previous State Farm Property, Casualty, Life & Disability licensed insurance sales experience OR demonstrated Bank Teller experience, OR Mortgage Loan Originator experience, etc. are strongly encouraged to apply.

Two separate top producing, multiple award winning, State Farm Agent Owners (with combined State Farm experience of 43 years) in Seattle, WA, will hire a motivated, reliable Assistant Office Manger to work between both Offices and grow our businesses, with a starting base salary of $24 to $28* per hour. Candidates without insurance licenses shall be reimbursed all licensing costs by both Agent Owners if certain conditions are met.

You, as our new Assistant Office Manager shall earn an expanded leadership role with increasing base salary plus commissions starting on day one.

*THIS IS TRUE FOR ALL APPLICANTS YET PARTICULARLY TRUE FOR CANDIDATES RELOCATING TO SEATTLE PROPER WITH PREVIOUS, VERIFIABLE STATE FARM AGENCY SALES EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities

• Call, Text, Email follow up and document activities using Agent-purchased leads on a consistent daily basis.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service responding to customer questions regarding coverages, billing, insurance changes & risk management advice.

Employees of State Farm Agent Owners must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm Agent Owners are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm Agent Owner employees are not employees of State Farm (corporate).

Salary: $24 hourly to $28.72 hourly based on performance PLUS–again, PLUS–generous commissions that new Assistant Office Manager and Agencies can also revise to make more lucrative for Assistant Office Manager and other employees (all ships rise together).
