Bruce Automotive Group is Looking For Customer Service Agent at New Minas, NS Full Time

The Opportunity:
In this entry-level position, you will focus on outbound calls, contacting our customers to recommend and advise them on their maintenance and preventative services. The goal is to book service appointments and update customer information using our unique database. We are open from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 3 pm Saturdays. Availability to work shifts during these business hours is a requirement. We are located on the second floor of the Hyundai dealership in New Minas, across the hall we have a little gym and a very modern lunchroom where we’ve been known to host the occasional potluck. After successfully completing the 6-month training period, this position is a hybrid in-office/work-from-home opportunity!

What we are looking for:
You are outgoing, confident, a team player, and have a positive personality. You have exceptional phone skills and the confidence to place a high volume of outbound calls. You have good computer skills as we have several software systems. You’re a fantastic multitasker and have the desire to provide outstanding customer service.
