BUPD has a great opportunity currently available for a Digital Marketing Specialist. This enthusiastic individual will use their knowledge of the firm and its practices to execute an integrated social media strategy across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience with LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and be able to work independently and show initiative.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and distribute digital content that enhances the firms brand awareness among all key target audiences by utilizing skills in social media management, digital marketing, content planning, writing, and editing
• Manages the daily activity of the firm’s social media presence
• Develops and presents the firm’s overall social media strategy to the firms Executive Committee, as well as strategies for individual accounts when needed ensuring that the strategies are aligned to the strategic direction of the firm
• Identifies ways to expand reach and enhance engagement on social media
• Identifies new social media opportunities to support firm and practice goals, including new platforms and content ideas
• Identifies opportunities for re-sharing of content across platforms
• Continually looks for effective content opportunities
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• At least 3 years of experience at a law firm, professional services, and / or agency handling similar duties and responsibilities
• BA in Marketing, Legal Studies, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills required
• Ability to multi-task while being able to maintain a high level of attention to detail and deliver accurate work
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a team, and interact with all levels of staff, attorneys, firm management, and clients
• Must be a team player who is self-motivated and can work independently and efficiently
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X etc.)
• Knowledge of databases, CRM systems, and e-mail marketing software
• Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially InDesign and Photoshop, are a plus
