Brown Note Productions Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Thornton, CO Full Time

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on the management and enhancement of the full employee life cycle. This position will be a trusted team member to attract, hire and retain top talent. The Specialist will assist the Human Resources Manager in employee engagement and retention efforts.

Primary Objectives

• Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals

• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind

• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives

• Provide input to improve end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience

• Form close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations

• Work within the staffing team to assist in filling staffing shortages and to identify ongoing staffing and talent needs

• Work with the HR Manager to assist in employee retention and engagement efforts

Primary Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Utilize existing and newly found sourcing channels to build pools of qualified applicants

• Identify, screen and recommend candidates to the hiring team

• Follow and provide recommendations to current hiring process

• Build pipelines of qualified candidates and contractors

• Utilize a variety of methods to keep communication ongoing with potential candidates and contractors

• Function as a member of the staffing team to identify and address staffing holes

• Run Interview process and create associated documents and calendar invites

• Execute job offer process

• Create new employee paperwork and run associated onboarding templates

• Ensure new hire paperwork completion and compliance

• Work with HR Manager and CEO to create and deliver employment branding

Employee Experience

• Deliver new hire orientation

• Review and improve current orientation process

• Deliver 30/60/90 day reviews to all new employees

• Work with HR Manager to identify and deliver Employee Engagement activities

• Perform all interactions with a retention mindset

• Track and report talent management focused metrics to HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
