Brown & Chase – Search & HR Advisory Hiring for Senior Financial Analyst at Greater Sydney Area Full Time

The client:

The Client is an established global organisation providing sustainable and innovative capital equipment solutions to the mining and automotive industries.

The role:

This role will support decision-making within our client’s sales, procurement and operational teams. You will look after the planning and the follow-up of their overall performance, identifying improvement areas and participating in the respective projects. Further to this, you will have a stake within ing to senior management and Board of Directors and may occasionally be involved in M&A activities.

Responsibilities:

• Providing sparring and budget control to procurment team
• Budgeting and controlling
• Data enabling via various ing tools
• Preparing periodical and ad hoc materials, using financial and non-financial metrics for management, board of directors and investors
• Participating and driving projects aimed at improving financial and business processes and ensuring compliance

About you:

• 7+ years auditing and advisory experience
• Bachelor degree (min) in Auditing/ Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration
• Great abilities to interact across different functions, cultures, and many stakeholders at all levels
• Interest and understanding of finance IT-systems and related processes (fx PowerBI)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy
• You have a hands-on approach and take pride in bringing a solution-oriented attitude and structuring processes
