The Opportunity
This is a new position created to add firepower and leadership competencies to scale business expansion initiatives in ANZ. The Sales Director will inherit a successful Enterprise Sales team and will build on the success and growth already being experienced in the ANZ region.
This includes ownership of the go-to-market strategy, gaining alignment across direct and indirect teams, building and developing great talent, and excellence in sales execution.
The Role
• Lead a team of Enterprise Sales (and Inside Sales) reps to exceed Sales Revenue, Market Penetration and Customer Satisfaction goals.
• Scale enterprise-wide adoption of portfolio amongst existing customers and increase win-rates on strategic prospects.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy to expand coverage across the larger addressable market enabled by an expanded product portfolio.
• Directly oversee select accounts (5-10) in coordination with customer success, solution consultants and partner sales teams.
• Develop key performance goals and take primary ownership of maintaining team morale and a progressive, inclusive and connected culture. This includes motivating individuals, fostering their career development and training to enhance their skills to achieve their potential.
• Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to successfully execute on plan.
• Prepare and present an annual business plan and provide outcomes and updates to the plan during Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Must be able to travel 30% both domestic and international.
The Right Fit for the Role:
• 15+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales, of which at least 5 years successfully leading a client sales team on major accounts in ANZ.
• Must have proven experience of performance managing, growing, and building on successful teams.
• Has a network of senior relationships in major enterprises in ANZ
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead and inspire others.
• Capable of thinking beyond quarterly results without sacrificing a sense of urgency.
