A rare opportunity to join Mazda Australia as the National Manager – Parts, Service, Accessories Business Development to lead a high performing team and contribute at an executive level to the wider business. In this key executive role, you’ll lead a team of 10 professionals, shaping our corporate strategies to boost customer loyalty and repeat business across our 140+ Dealerships in Australia. ing directly to the Director of Customer Support, this position is based at the Mazda Australia Head Office in Mulgrave.
Key responsibilities include:
· Lead, coach, and inspire your team to boost their skills, performance, and engagement, fostering a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
· Identify strategic opportunities to assist Mazda dealers to consistently deliver top-tier customer experiences.
· Build strong partnerships with all stakeholders to increase parts, service and accessories revenue, reduce costs and ultimately maximise profit.
· Take ownership of departmental budget development and management, including monthly forecasts, revenue/profit improvement initiatives and presentations.
· Oversee the management and cultivate relationships with local suppliers, Mazda Motor Corporation personnel and local manufacturers and business partners.
· Act as the Mazda representative in relevant Dealer Advisory Groups and the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industry.
· Uphold Mazda’s brand reputation by effectively managing policies, programs, and procedures, solidifying our position as a leading automotive brand for both Dealers and customers.
About You
Are you passionate about leadership, business and delivering transformative outcomes that elevate the customer experience? We’re seeking a dynamic individual with:
· A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related discipline.
· Must have previous automotive experience at a national senior management level.
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· A proven track record of driving growth and development in a KPI-driven environment.
· Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management and people management skills, fostering inspiration and growth in others to drive commercial business results.
· Demonstrated expertise in contract management, budgeting, cost savings initiatives and a commitment to continuous improvement.
· Customer-centric mindset.
· Outstanding financial and analytical expertise.
