The Client

The client is a leading Australian provider of logistics services and global supply chain solutions for small businesses to large enterprises.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to manage administrative performance nationally, to assist with both organic and acquisition growth, to drive company vision and values and to cement both customer and partner relationships. Previous experience with 3PL, logistics or warehousing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Actively engaging and motivating staff to ensure company achieves sales and growth targets
• Work closely with Operational Management to ensure KPI adherence
• Drive Warehousing compliance and assist with growth
• Manage strong supplier relationships
• Support overall management team objectives and work closely with peers to achieve outcomes
• Develop and lead all levels of staff to ensure strong compliance and performance with adherence to HR policy
• Maintain and grow both international and local relationships (Banking, Agents, Creditors, JV Partnerships etc)
• Active involvement in the driving strong OH&S compliance
• Facilitate company training requirements
• Lead administrative output in conjunction with company accountant and external bodies
• Oversea and drive KPI compliance
• Lead and secure/assist with recruitment of sales team on national basis or as directed
