Broonson International is an independent trading house specialized in the exportation of frozen poultry, meat, and fish, which we source both in Canada and overseas. We are looking for experienced, driven and outgoing professionals to help us grow our sales in targeted, tangible and measurable ways. Our areas of focus include Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Based on experience, we offer aggressive and transparent compensation. Annual pay is generally between 1.5 and 2.25% of sales.

The ideal candidate will have a college or university degree (or the equivalent in proven experience), good business sense, relevant foreign language skills, an outgoing personality, a spotless reputation of integrity, the ability to work well with people of all backgrounds, and the leadership to create a successful new profit centre.

100% work from home (from anywhere in Canada).

Requirements:

• University Degree or College Diploma or equivalent experience – Essential
• Fluent in a relevant foreign language
• Prior experience in international food trading (especially meat, poultry, or fish)
• Engaging personality and strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Good business sense, sense of initiative and ability to self-motivate
• Proven ability to work independently within established framework
• Result-orientation and strong sense of integrity
• Ability and interest to travel overseas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
