Job Summary

Coordinates staffing and recruiting efforts for a variety of positions throughout the Company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the development of processes and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce for the Company.
• Manages metrics for measuring the progress and effectiveness of recruitment processes to achieve Company target goals.
• Supports partner development by providing career guidance, skills enhancement recommendations, etc.
• Facilitates recruiting, interviewing, and referral of candidates for positions throughout the Company.
• Assists with establishing recruiting objectives and supports strategies and actions to achieve them.
• Regularly participates in job fairs and various community hiring events.
• Markets job opportunities using social media platforms, job boards, Company website, etc.
• Works with hiring managers to gather information pertaining to roles and profiles of ideal candidates.
• Schedules and conducts initial interviews for hiring managers as needed.
• Performs general tasks and assignments as needed.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Intermediate knowledge of various recruiting methods.
• Basic knowledge of social media outlets and job board sites.
• Basic knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with partners, candidates, and recruiting companies.
• Must be able to take initiative to identify needed work assignments without direct supervision.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate recruiting and diversity activities.
• Ability to learn and utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Working knowledge of conflict resolution strategies.
• Ability to meet and exceed hiring metrics set by Company leadership.
• Ability to interact with cross-functional members of management and potential candidates.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes.
• Ability to reason, form concepts and recognize and solve problems.
• Ability to research information and draw valid conclusions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Ability to occasionally travel to off-site and out-of-town locations with possible overnight stays.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• May be required to drive in accordance with the BGC Driver policy.Education, Experience, and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and one or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification required.
• Minimum of 21 years of age required.
• Must be able to pass DMV background check.Physical Demands
