Based at our Brooksby Campus
The SMB Group is a highly successful FE college, formed through the merger of Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. We are an innovative and highly responsive centre for education and training with campuses in Coalville, Melton Mowbray and Brooksby.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College for a Student Services (Welfare) to join the team based in Brooksby. Working in this role you will operate as part of a multi-skilled campus support team working with curriculum areas to support high quality curriculum experiences and central teams to support the recruitment and enrolment of students. You will also proactively work with the progress tutors to identify students who are at high risk of disengagement or withdrawal from their course whilst providing safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing support.
