The PDP Coordinator is responsible for partnering with the merchant team to organize and track product samples for photoshoots and other business needs, prepare and maintain tracking documentation and facilitate all product flow of creative assets for ecommerce site and other marketing-lead projects. The PDP Coordinator position requires frequent communication with multiple teams and divisions including Design, Planning, Marketing, Creative, Public Relations, Merchants, and Site Merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and tracking product for photo shoots and all showroom setups to ensure all product is on time and accounted for.
• Work cross-functionally with the Design, Marketing, and Merchant Teams to execute the collection of samples for both print and digital editorial projects and manage sample returns post shoot.
• Collaborate with Merchant Teams to create, manage and maintain monthly timeline trackers for site product flow.
• Send weekly status reports and manage report daily to identify and resolve any issues with partners as needed.
• Assist the Art Director in building out and maintaining working documents used for all product launches.
• Support creative team in production planning, pre-production, including tracking product requests and shipment, crew selection and scheduling, location selection and development of schedules.
• Assist creative team on set during photography and video production.
• Responsible for post-production logistics (return of product to factory, return of equipment and props, or vendor payment, etc.)
• Document all shots and ensure that photography goals are met.
• Document and track retouching notes to post-production team and see all imagery through to final approvals.
• Facilitate product information for sample turn-ins, including features & benefits and required product copy.
• Partner with site merchandising team on publishing assets to site.
• Assist Art Director in tracking of expenses against monthly and annual budget.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and improve site merchandising and photography process.
• Responsible for being on location as needed for photo and video shoots, showroom set ups and special events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of related experience in fashion apparel preferred
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
• Able to multitask, without losing sight of the big picture or missing important deadline
• Comfortable working with a team and independently, taking ownership of essential projects
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
• Knowledge of MS Office computer programs (Excel and PowerPoint) are required
• Affluent in Photoshop and InDesign
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
• Must be willing and able to travel as required for photoshoots or other job responsibilities (mainly NYC)
