Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage full life cycle recruitment for Brookfield Properties US divisions from sourcing through offer and negotiations
- Work closely with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
- Handle the pre-onboarding/onboarding of all new hires
- Presenting candidates to hiring managers
- Work in Workday (ATS), ensuring all postings are up to date for accuracy and ing
- Post jobs on external job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Identify and attend networking activities such as career fairs, professional associations, technical schools, etc.
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
- Assist Director with organization of and campus/college recruitment
- Work on employer branding
- Assist with intern recruitment and program activities
- Focus on creative recruitment solutions that increase DEI and targeted talent acquisition strategy
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years HR/recruitment or operations experience
- Strong Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles
- Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
- A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Type: Exempt/Non-exempt
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
Annual Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000
Medical & Pharmacy Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan
Dental Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan
Vision Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan
Retirement: 401(k)
Insurance: Employer-paid life & short/long term disability
