Job Title: Team Leader – Complex Needs Service Users (Young People)
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Mileage
Are you a dedicated and motivated individual looking to make a positive impact in the lives of young people with complex needs? We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee a team of 6/7 carers providing essential support to young service users in the Hertfordshire area.

Providing care in a person-centred way to deliver a person-centred service. Our client is a Domiciliary Care Company registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Their management and staff have over 25 years practical experience of working in the homecare sector. They provide domiciliary care in the community to everyone. They are committed to supporting vulnerable people in their own homes so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence and be participating members of their communities. They aim to provide care and support services to service users to enable them to remain at home and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 6/7 carers, providing guidance, support, and supervision.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.
Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive care plans.
Drive and maintain effective communication within the team and with service users.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Must have a valid driver`s license and access to a vehicle.
NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
