We’re looking for a finance analyst to report into the rents team leader on a contract basis for 3 – 6 months. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working within the housing sector, specifically rents although this is not essential. You’ll a minimum of two years finance experience, and be confident in using MS Excel as well as a variety of finance focused IT systems such as Active H, Orchard, Capita, Sun and D365.
Your role will involve setting and reviewing rents, dealing with rent related queries, building customer relationships with colleagues within the business and being able to interpret rent guidelines as per The Rent Standard, leases, tenancy agreements, as well as understanding the different rent reviews and tenancy types.
You’ll be analytical with the ability to interpret spreadsheet data. You’ll be logical and methodical with a good attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines. You’ll deal with email queries in a timely manner, providing an excellent service to the business and our customers.

This is a roaming role which will be based from our office in Wolverhampton and will involve a mix of both office based and home working.
What do you need?
Consideration to be given to anyone with experience working in roles such as finance analyst, finance business analyst, finance assistant or finance data analyst.
