Job Title: Real Estate Accounting Associate

Job Summary: Seeking experienced Real Estate Accounting Associate for a Real Estate Tech company. Performs a range of general clerical, bookkeeping and basic accounting support functions in the real estate industry, using specialized software and other tools to track and manage data.

Job Location: Remote option available. New hire training will be onsite at our San Antonio location. Onsite meetings required, upon the discretion of your Supervisor.

Pay/Benefits: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, $40,000 – $50,000 Per Year Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance / Paid Time Off

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of real estate bookkeeping, accounts payable/accounts receivable and bank reconciliation experience.

• Must have excellent computer skills, knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), platforms such as QuickBooks Online and HubStaff.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, organization and planning.

• Able to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to communicate complex data clearly.

• Excellent data entry skills.

• Problem solver, team player and great interpersonal and customer service skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs real estate bookkeeping duties including accounts receivable & accounts payable, bank reconciliations, assist in month end reporting and transaction processing.

• Manage Agent Commission Schedules.

• Maintains Quickbooks Online and manages tracking and accounting projects in HubStaff.

• Provides back-up for the Team as requested.

• Other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
