Job Description:

We are seeking a Packaging Assistant to join our team and ensure that all packaging processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate must be 18 years or older, with a clean driving record and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain packaging equipment for efficient product packaging and quality control. Perform general upkeep of warehouse area, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, organizing shelves and so on. Deliver products to local stores in a timely manner following safety protocols. Assist shipper/receiver with orders, such as sorting, stocking and lifting packages (up to 50 lbs.). Participate in job training programs to expand your knowledge of warehouse work and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must have valid driver’s license with clean abstract. Excellent customer service skills required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to stand for long periods at a time; good interpersonal skills; attention to detail; organized; willingness to learn new techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
