Base salary $115,279 – $123,591 plus superannuation

We have an exciting career opportunity to lead our Financial Services team as a Manager Finance. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will support Broken Hill City Council by the effective and efficient management of Councils financial operations as well as providing expert professional accounting and finance advice to the Executive Leadership Team.
As an experienced leader, you are adept at managing team workflows to meet desired outcomes and can engage key stakeholders to implement change. You will have demonstrated experience in supervising and directing a finance team, including financial reporting, Payroll, Accounts payable and receivable, purchasing and procurement, and rates and revenue. You will hold relevant qualifications and experience in a similar position. You create high-performance workplaces in a customer driven environment.
