Talent Attraction Representation will work alongside the Talent Attraction Team to ensure Talent Attraction and Brand Employment strategy in the Philippines is established, executed, and in line with Company and department initiatives. We have a strategic objective to maximize our recruiting potential across all media. We do this by creating and managing the Recruiting Team’s social content, developing relationships with various talent pools and social groups.

Day to Day

• Help build our Social Media footprint in the Philippines
• Collaborate in development of Employer Brand Items, style guide, etc. with Graphic Designer
• Audit Job Postings for accuracy in content, location, etc.
• Manage and report on Application Counts as needed
• Partner with Marketing to develop the recruiting team’s marketing materials and other collateral to support and advance recruiting’s brand
• Proactively monitor social network activity, identify trends, campaigns, technologies, and best practices, and provide useful market intelligence regarding locations to recruit for top talent
• Showcase and sell the image/culture of BroadPath to all prospective/current talent pools
• Conduct research into the latest techniques, tools, partnerships, and practices for recruitment, talent attraction branding and makes recommendations
• Research our candidate audience demographic and cultivate new online communities as appropriate

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Talent Attraction sphere.
• Job Posting – working experience with posting jobs on platforms
• May be called upon to lead a Hiring Event, Record copy for review purposes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,920.00 – $34,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
