We are hiring Talent Acquisition Sourcer to assist our recruiters by sourcing top talent. Our Talent Acquisition Sourcer will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter, influence sourcing strategies, and meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Crowdsources potential candidates
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
• Coordinates candidate interview schedule with TA Specialist
• Sends initial recruitment emails
• Manages database for candidates in existing pipelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs and Greenhouse
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in High Volume sourcing
• Experience sourcing contact center front-line employees
• Experience sourcing healthcare licensed employees

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
