Talent Scouts are responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a positive experience.
***Previous recruiting experience is NOT needed, we will train.***
As a Talent Scout, you will learn to develop your skills and strategies to help us build strong talent pipelines by identifying where talent is likely to be found and exercise tenacity with trying to get in front of this audience through calling, emailing, texting, and/or soliciting an introduction through networking to generate candidates that would be right for identified positions.
