• Within the framework of a team-based organization, perform various hydraulic assembly, test and process-based operations on complex hydraulic components, assemblies and systems supporting new production and repair and overhaul activity.
• Assembly activity utilizes a variety of mechanical and electronic measurement equipment and specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging, and torque mechanisms to obtain build requirements.
• The individual is needed to work from drawings, work instructions, parts lists or other instruction and provide detailed written communication defining performance results or situational circumstances.
• Test operations include setting up and performing operational tests of finished products on high precision test stands.
• This activity needs the use of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment, fixtures, and tools to obtain performance results.
• The positions are needed to diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition to provide recommended rework instruction and configuration changes to achieve results.
• Within the individual team, the incumbent performs the day-to-day administrative functions to support overall operations.
