Mission

• Support client retention + growth through the delivery of Michelin-Star Standards (MSS) in all search-related Client deliverables
• Implement processes + workflows that enable progress toward Br8kthru’s overall revenue and profitability goals
• Nurture digital marketing knowledge that goes both wide and deep. Develop comfort in both sharing expertise + learning new skills

Daily Tasks + Responsibilities

SEO + Paid Media

• Supports marketing campaigns and initiatives by performing research, analyzing trends, developing communications, and delivering s that measure and assess KPIs.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and management of successful paid media campaigns, demonstrating revenue/lead goals, efficiency, and volume to ensure high profitability across channels.
• Monitor & update media budgets to prioritize the highest-performing channels and assist with weekly and monthly client s.
• Write and implement SEO-friendly content and perform basic on-page optimizations.
• Assist with SEO and organic ing.

Content + Visual Media

• Write and edit marketing materials, web content, and other digital communications that support growth and foster brand awareness.
• Develop and promote client brands, services, or products through various digital content via social media, blog posts, whitepapers, press releases, etc.
• Use various content management systems (CMS) to manage and edit websites. I.e. WordPress, Squarespace, etc.
• Assess project specifics and create final deliverables that adhere to requirements and meet timelines set by the Project or Account Manager

Project Support

• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and delivery of detailed project plans, identifying and scoping client requirements and deliverables, and creating project goals and milestones.
• Coordinate and participate in periodic deliverables reviews.
• Participate in strategy sessions to identify prospect sales, account retention, and customer nurturing opportunities as well as supporting the strategic conceptualization of campaigns and their implementation.

Team Collaboration + Development

• Contribute to cross-channel digital strategy through the discovery, planning, and execution process
• Assist in new business pitches or new business opportunities, where applicable
• Effectively collaborate with other team members + advance our collective knowledge
• Be the point of contact for account strategists, PMs, and vendors
• Demonstrate clear communication skills through written s/documents and in-person meetings and presentations
• Foster a culture of open communication and 360-degree feedback
