Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Source candidates and update our database
• Lead the recruitment and interview process with candidates for all jobs.
• Conduct online and in person interviews
• Conduct reference checks
• Compile and update employee records
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
• Lead the onboarding and offboarding process

Skills

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent leadership and team building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
