You will help so many people by leading the development of educational products that teach crucial subjects such as first aid, empathy and migration, humanitarianism and much more.
You will be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment between the product squads to ensure the education portfolio delivers the vision for Community Education.
You will act as an expert and advocate in ensuring an Agile Product Management approach to delivering the overall vision for Community Education
How you’ll make a difference
Responsible for managing the two Community Education scrum teams, ensuring our education products are relevant to the communities we serve and deliver the best outcomes for learners.
You’ll ensure Community Education use an Agile Product Management approach to product development, supporting the squads to embrace the fundamentals of Agile and maximise the benefit of its frameworks. You will act as the point of authority on Agile Product Management, supporting the product team to establish this approach in bringing the Community Education strategy to life.

The Community Education team develop learner-centric and evidence-based education products that develop people’s skills and confidence to contribute to community resilience, and act in a crisis. This is enabled by both face to face delivery and digital technology.
In the last year, Community Education reached more than 300,000 learners through direct delivery (face to face) of first aid and humanitarian education, plus millions more through teaching resources, media and online learning routes.

What you’ll bring to the role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager, who can demonstrate how to lead and motivate a team whilst directing on product strategy and mapping. This could be a product owner looking to step up to a senior product manager role, with:
