To help us on this journey we are looking for a HR Change Manager who will oversee a dedicated HR change team providing broad HR support to large scale change and restructuring as part of our Fit for the Future (FFtF) programme where you will coordinate and deliver a range of supporting HR activity throughout the change journey for impacted staff and managers.
What you will be doing
Key elements of the programme will include the coordination of formal consultation arrangements and oversight of subsequent activity as current structures are changed and new structures created and populated.
The role of HR Change Manager is key to ensure effective planning and execution, including providing advice and insight to the wider strategic change team, that people risk is identified and mitigated, and coherent approaches and solutions are developed.
The role is pivotal to supporting the BRC in demonstrating it manages change well and that programme delivery success measure are met.
What are we looking for
To be successful in this role, you will need:
An understanding of HR processes and activities required to support organisational change and restructuring at scale.
Knowledge of planning HR support to facilitate major change programmes.
General HR experience at managerial level.
Significant experience of HR/people change programmes/projects and restructuring.
Experience of planning, evaluation and monitoring of projects.
