The BMA has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or HR Assistant to gain invaluable experience supporting the staff at the BMA in the full spectrum of HR back office and some advisory level activities.

To be successful in this role you will need:
HR system experience (Core HR experience will be considered an advantage)
documentation preparation to support starters
changes and leavers management
strong communication skills
attention to detail
teamwork and the ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
general HR knowledge.
