The Role: Talent Development Coach – Paralympic
Following record-breaking success at the Tokyo Paralympic Games, British Cycling turns its attention on Paris 2024, Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032. The recruitment of the Talent Development Coach – Paralympic will play an important role in helping us shape, create and deploy our Paralympic Talent Development Pathway. Our Talent Development Team identify and nurture the best cycling talent to be future Olympic and Paralympic riders, the team are currently looking to recruit a Talent Development Coach Paralympic with a view to increase the quality and quantity of cycling talent through targeted talent development pathway activity. You must be based within England to apply for this role.

What you need is:
We are keen to hear from candidates who are not only passionate about cycling but also possess the coaching skills and vision to continue building and evolving the Talent Development Pathway Programme to nurture high potential individuals as both athletes and people. Candidates should be aware of performance development in cycling and demonstrate performance coaching experience. This is a profession which is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check will be required.
