WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR Facilitation of curriculum and programming with a focus on professional skill development Designs, develops, and implements training solutions that helps equip our employees’ with the skills needed to drive Reynolds to helping to achieve A Better Tomorrow. This may include instructor-led programming, virtual classrooms, digital learning tools, and the incorporation of new modalities as learning technology evolves Maintains awareness of these potential new technologies and communicates value/impact to meet cross-functional objectives Leads projects delivering business benefits timely, within scope and within budget utilizing modern project management discipline. These projects may include managing vendors, as well as involving cross-functional employee groups Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs with an eye toward a desired future state Leverages internal and external networks of peers and cross-functional relationships to build credibility to drive strategy and to influence and manage change Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and leveraging support from vendors to develop and deliver programming Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and creating solutions through effective needs assessment
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Experience leading and facilitating training programs, team strategy and/or team building sessions Awareness of and experience with established and emerging learning and development technologies A proven track record of training program development Experience in the development of digital training solutions HR Business Partner or Learning Business Partner Experience Excellent interpersonal skills working with clients, vendors, external partners, and project team members Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
